I have always been passionate about counselling and the difference it can make to an individual's life. I believe the most important part of the therapy is the relationship between you (my client) and me.
As an experienced and qualified integrative counsellor, I use a few different counselling approaches and will flex and bend how I work depending on what you bring into our sessions.
I have been practicing as a counsellor for several years and have a background in supporting people with "everyday" problems as well as those living with severe and enduring mental health difficulties.
I have worked with clients experiencing a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement, loss, self-harm, trauma, abuse, financial difficulties, relationship problems, divorce, struggling while caring for loved ones and work/employment problems.
Using an integrative counselling approach I work with a variety of counselling techniques and styles but mainly lean towards the fundamental aspects of Person Centred Counselling, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.
